Flow Chart / Fallout: Unlogisches Nutzerverhalten

Hallo,

ich habe eine Frage zu Adobe Analytics.

Ich wollte mir gerne über die Flow-Charts bzw. das Fall-Out Diagramm das Nutzerverhalten auf der Seite näher anschauen.

Dabei habe ich festgestellt, dass der größte Anteil aller Nutzer nach dem Aufruf der Startseite nicht zu einer Unterseite wechselt, sondern anscheinend einfach die Startseite aktualisiert. Und das passiert nicht nur einmal...

Auf die Ebene, die nach der Startseite am häufigsten aufgerufen wird, entfallen nur 2,2%.

Liegt das daran, dass das Nutzerverhalten tatsächlich seltsam ist oder stimmt etwas mit dem Tracking nicht?

That certainly is a pretty convincing case to an implementation issue. I'd recommend double checking the variables that are being set on each page and make sure they are being defined correctly. If you're collecting URL in a custom variable, you can pull a ranked report on this variable and break it down by URL to make sure everything is working correctly.
