First touch to last touch path analysis

I want to see a report where first touch should be social and last touch should be xyz. This is not a separate report. I want in one report to see end to end analysis of customer whose first touch is social and last touch is xyz.

In your Freeform Table, set the "Use non-default attribution model" appropriately in the metrics. Reference: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/visualizations/freeform-table/column-row-settings/column-settings.html?lang=en#attribution

Dear N_Shah,

Why don't you create a segmentation with Visitor Container where ''First Touch Channel equal Social and Last Touch Channel equals XYZ with no Page Views visited after the visit'' to apply and understand the customer behavior for the subset?

Hello Pratheep,

I really like your idea. But the problem here is I have 2 First touch channel on social - Social and Social Old . And For last touch suppose I have xyz.

Now I want to create a formula something like

First touch includes social or social old

and

last touch includes xyz.

In container I am able to either or or and statement. Can you help in that

Hello N_Shah,

You can add containers to the segment builder which can help you to have both AND and OR together.
