First Touch Channel Dimension not showing any data

Hey guys! 

 

I am trying to build a report by First Touch but the First Touch Channel Dimension keeps showing 'None'. Why is this happening and is there any other way to create a report by First Touch for the traffic metrics.

"None" occurs in reports when the value is not set/sent in the beacon. Can you please check if the marketing channels are set up correctly ?
