I'm storing our first party cookie in an eVar via DTM using a data element. For some reason, the cookie value is not captured in the eVar for each unique browser.
The cookie name on the site (www.universalorlando.com) is called "Click2Click1".
Would someone please help me figure out why it's not being captured for some visitors?
Thanks,
David

Thanks for throwing some more light on the challenge in hand
All right, here is what we can try, what I understand from given description is that, the value is getting captured fine in prop variables but not in the eVar variables. In this case, I would suspect that it is happening due to the Expiration setting being incorrect for the eVar. It can be edited from the Admin section of the Adobe Analytics for the Report suite of our interest.
Lets give it a shot and do let me know the results
Hope this helps!

On UniversalOrlando.com, we are capturing a cookie value from the Cookie name "Click2Click1". That value is being stored in prop49 and evar21. For some reason, the value is not captured for every visitor. It usually takes several pages to be consumed before the value is captured.
I attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing in Ad Hoc Analysis. Hope that helps. Thanks!
