Failure to download project PDF file in Work Space

Hi,

I'm having difficulty to download project PDF file in Work space.  Here's the message I got.  Even I clicked on "Send Now", it wouldn't email me the file. 

Could anyone please help advise?

Hello,

I'm under the impression that it is a performance issue, and the problem is getting worse.

Do you receive the report in your mailbox after you clicked the "Send Now" in the message you get?
