Exclude segments in data warehouse

Can someone please explain to me why this Exclude segment is visible in/compatible with Data Warehouse:

But this one isn't:

How do I get the second one to become compatible?

The segment is incompatible with Data Warehouse because it contains the "Marketing Channel" dimension.
