Error numbers in metrics (Time spent per visitor & Time spent per Visit)

I was validating some of the AA dashboard data manually, and found one error numbers in Time spent/visitor & Time spent/visit for lpw.contact.detail.view page.

AA report shows 1,074 seconds for lpw.contac.detail.view in time spent/visitor & time spent/visit (image 1); however, I only stayed on contact detail view page for about one min only (image 2). 

 

Q1. Is this an error? if so, how we could fix it?

Q2. What are the differences between Time Spent/Visitor and Time Spent/Visit? Both show the same number.

Q3. Are there metrics that show entry time for certain page?

Q1. Is this an error? if so, how we could fix it?

Ans: Time spent per visitor (Seconds) is Total seconds spent / unique visitor and Time spent per visit (Seconds) is Total seconds spent / (visit-bounces).

You can apply metrics 'Total seconds spent', 'Unique visitor', 'Visit' and 'Bounces' to the report and calculate the numbers as per the definitions above. If the calculation does not appear to be correct, you can always submit a ticket with Analytics clientcare team by sending an email to CustomerCare@adobe.com.

Ans: Time spent per visitor (Seconds) is Total seconds spent / unique visitor and Time spent per visit (Seconds) is Total seconds spent / (visit-bounces).

Ans: There is no out-of-the-box metric to show entry time for certain page.
