The issue is fixed, I believe you should no longer see such errors assuming that yours was related to the outage.

    Most people here have no access to internal logs to look up that error code.... however, I see here https://status.adobe.com/ that there is an ongoing issue that is likely the cause of your problem.

     

    I would monitor the status site for the issue to be resolved, then try your report again once the system is back to normal.
