Entries in Flow visualisation

Hi,

 

For a secure journey, when I'm looking at Flow visualisation, I'm seeing 'entries' data for that page but that's impossible as you cannot enter directly on that page-- can anyone explain what that entry refers to?

I have also seen the same page recording traffic under 'entry page' which is again impossible as its a secure page and any attempt to land directly will result in re-direct back to the public pages.

It means the first value stored in the corresponding dimension within the Visit. It's possible that a visitor came to that page from another page, but then after 30+ minutes of inactivity reloaded that page — as a result it became the first in the new Visit.

Another scenario may be when visitors click-through to that page from the page without the tracking implemented.

Maybe there were some emails/ messages with the links to that page too?...
