enable activity map issue

We tried to enable activity map in our organization. I download the app for browser. It seems fine. in the admin->report suite ->activity map -> activity report

in step 3, I was asked to add users to activity map access Group. after I click the Add User to group and I got the following error message. Anyone has idea what's happened?

The group "27" is not a valid group for this company.

Hi Cathy, this looks like an issue that would probably be best handled by customer care. I'd recommend having a Supported user reach out to them so we can resolve it.
