Does anybody use use Advertising Analytics?

We would love to use it but the product seems to be built in a strange way. We have over 300 adword accounts (which I told is a lot but not insane). Due to the fact it does not support MCC and each ad account has a 1 to 1 relationship with an email, I am curious how many people actually use the tool.
