Difference between approving the Virtual report and unapproved

Hey guys,

I have question regarding the Virutal report suit, I have created virtual report for all the market needed and will be decommissioning the normal report suit, so my question is once I create virtual report suit do I have to approve it and why?

Hi Vittal, 

As far as i know approving a virtual report suite makes it available to use in reports and visible to non-admin users as well.
