Dataware house SFTP request

Hi,

I am trying to send data from adobe analytics Data warehouse to SFTP location. We received a hostname as IP address and username, password. According to adobe while sending file to SFTP we have to include prefix as SFTP.  Question is, the SFTP prefix protocol need to be configured at the server end (Along with IP address) or its just prefix we need to add in the host field.

Thanks,

Pradeep

The public keys (authorized_keys) file need to be placed in .ssh folder in the root directory of your location. Our IP addresses should be whitelisted. I'd recommend that you reach out to our Client Care team with the DW request ID and we will get this resolved for you asap.

You will need to just add the SFTP protocol to the host name in the Data Warehouse setting. For example, if the FTP host name is abc.xyz.com, you will need to mention sftp://abc.xyz.com in the host field along with port 22.

Thanks Ishan, I have followed all steps to send data to SFTP server . For some reason , I am getting below error. Error: The transfer process may have left behind incomplete report files on the destination server.
