I keep getting an error when I create a request on Data Warehouse for just one day (FTP for delivery) and I keep getting the same error :
"Request failed to send. Please check send parameters and destination connectivity." Request ID : 7825915 . How do I resolve this error?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. For host,we are putting "www.<hostname>.com" and for the username and password,we're putting the FTP credentials of the host. For the directory, we've tried both the things; leaving it empty and put a directory. Nothing worked. Could you tell me what else could be the issue and are those things correct?

Hi Sabarna,

'hostname' must be your ftp path name (e.g. ftp.omniture.com).

Hi,

From what I could see there was an issue connecting to your FTP destination. As a first step, I would request you to recheck the FTP destination path and also ensure that there is enough space available on the FTP as it can accommodate a maximum of 2GB of data. Thanks!
