Hi, I am trying to create a data feed that would fetch data from the 1st December to 1st of January. This was configured to fetch daily. The status has remain active for hours. How do I check what is wrong and why it hasn't completed the job in the past 5 hrs. I checked job history, I found nothing

Not sure what's wrong, but when you try to look at the status:
Go to the 'Jobs' tab
There, make sure that the 'completion time' selection is turned off - because or else you will only see what's completed. I would select 'status' = running and turn off 'completion time...' which is actually there by default
You can also play with other status selections to find your Job
When setting up the feed, make sure to put your email as well in the notifications. you will get that whether it fails or completes.
You are running a rather large timeframe, so this may just be taking a long time
