Hi,

I used to check our company usage report at Billing report before.

After Adobe changed AdobeAnalytics menu, I use "Server Call Usages" with downloaded CVS file, but that file always get garbled.

Is there any way to read this download cvs file with Excel without garbled character?

Tomo

I find when encoding is an issue in excel. One can try to use import text data wizard and then use subsequent steps to clean up results.

Have you tried that vs just double clicking it open? What language is your PC system or excel installed with?
