Custom domain name for the Data Insertion API

I'm attempting to use the Data Insertion API as documented here: https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/documentation/data-insertion/c-data-insertion-process. The documentation mentions that the Adobe Client Care team can provide the custom domain name, but I have no contact information for that team. Any advice on where I can get this info from?

If you're a supported user you can email them clientcare@adobe.com or https://omniture-help.custhelp.com if you're not a supported user then you'll get an error and you'll need to get one of your organisations supported users to contact Adobe on your behalf.
