I have a difficulty of seting a segment with this condition below
visitors who
never visited website for 30 days after first purchase
and then visited website within recent 7 days from now on.
Please advise me on this.
While your segment looks correct, you need to change its scope from "Visit" to "Visitor". Otherwise, AA won't be able to factor in your time condition of multiple days.
It also depends on the accuracy of your eVar10 tracking. If you're not confident about how that eVar10 is tracked, then you could try replacing it with a "Last 7 days" purple date component.
