Copying Panels & Tables in Workspace
Is it possible to copy freeform tables and/or panels from one workspace project to another?

Hi,
This functionality is not available yet. You can able to copy or duplicate panel within the workspace. Also, you can copy your workspace and keep old panels or edit as you like.
