Contact Forms

Dear all, 

I have a question regarding the Form Additional Informations.

We want to have more information on the contact forms which are implemented on our campaign pages. In all of our contact forms there is a dropdown list with the name of some dealers. My client wants to see how many requests we have per dealer. Is there a dimension or a metric where we could select the link of the form and the measure  "contains" and the available names? Could we have this possibility?
