connector to Power BI - refresh error - unable to retrieve company mappings

Hi, I have struggled to refresh Power BI reports since November 5, 2023 with this error: "Unable to retrieve company mappings". Sometimes, it gets refreshed manually in Power BI desktop, but sometimes there is the same error:"Unable to retrieve company mappings".

Hey Adam, Can you please log a ticket to the client care team? We have a bug logged related to the same. Please do share the logs from the power BI.

    We have the same issue since last week. Very annoying.

    Power BI reports or the datasets that have worked with Adobe Analytics for years suddenly no longer do.

    Hi,

    I have recieveed the same issue. We set up reporting using the Adobe Analytics version 1.0 connector to Power Bi (i was unsure whether to use beta 2.0).

    For about 2 weeks this has been running fine, pulling data through on a daily schedule. As of yesterday, this refresh has failed. I managed to connect again after resetting my credentials but today i have the same issue.
