Classification Importer FTP Export - Can this be automated?

We have a data feed but not all of the information we need is in the standard data feed. We also need the data from classification importer. We would like to automate the ftp export of our classification importer data. Has anyone automated the ftp export of data from the classification importer? Adobe does not currently offer a solution.
