Hi Everyone

does anyone know when exactly data flows to export destination? Is it immediately or overnight???

@crispypop , When I do full table exports, it's typically an ad hoc request, so I just run it without scheduling, and it shows up in the destination folder very quickly...usually just a couple of minutes.

Hi @crispypop ,

The export time entirely depends upon how you have setup the schedule for export using Export frequency and Starting on options.

For scheduled export you get to choose the day and time of export start and that controls at what time the export is done.

Thanks Anita... its now saying that there's an error with the export... but now there's an export error... with no further explanation... i've checked the criteria (e.g. 5 dimensions only)... is there any other top tips you can give me?

@crispypop , the only thing I can think of would be that maybe there's an issue with the destination? Are you sending it to your own location, or using the AEP landing zone? Does it show in the export logs as "failed"? I don't believe it will let you submit the export if there are any configuration issues, but It could be a server load issue on Adobe's end. Were you able to get it working?
