Channel Effectiveness by Time or Hour of Day (Opens/Clicks)

Hello is there a way to track the time of day that an email was opened or the hour in the day that an email was opened? I would like to be able to report on the effectiveness of the channel by time or hour in the day; preferably by the hour.

My interest is looking at opens/open rate and clicks/CTR.

If you have configured emails with tracking requests back to Adobe analytics, you should be able to see it in adobe workspace by using time dimension.
