Is there an issue getting into Customer care  using my current login?

Hi, 

If you are getting "error: no data received", try clearing your browser cache and try again. 

If you are getting redirected to the login page, enter your credentials and login, it will take you to the ClientCare interface.

I've had the same issue at times.  Get a "error: no data received" message when clicking from Analytics web UI on Help --> Customer Care.  For some reason, works fine for me in Firefox, but not Chrome.

Are you still unable to get into customer care portal, if that be the case please open a incident with ClientCare.

Hi,

This issue has been recognized and is logged in as a bug. Engineering is working on getting it resolved. I will update you as soon as it gets fixed. Kindly be patient.
