Cannot remove segment filters from reports

Suddenly today I cannot remove segment filters I have added to reports. I can replace them but the cross has vanished so I can't delete them if I want to remove a segment filter on a report. This is affecting my colleagues as well. Any idea what might cause this?

    I think this issue has been fixed now based on my report.

    no Idea I just user all visitor segment for time being, looks like an UI issue.

    As a work around, replace with any other segment and then will get option to delete, for couple of segments which are greyed out and not letting to remove from segment drop zone.
