Can we schedule historic data in adobe report builder?

Can we schedule historic data in adobe report builder? I know report builder has got 50k rows limit but i need data for 30 days which cannot be done at one shot. So can i schedule last 30 days data as day by day?

    Hi @aagk123

     

    Yes, you can do that. Adobe did announce an update about scheduled reports but it will only affect if the reports are older than two year. Here’s the notice about the same.

     

    “Effective April 15, 2022, Adobe intends to pause all scheduled reports that have a creation date greater than two years (any tasks created before January 31, 2020). No reports or data will be deleted. Only reports identified as older than two years will be paused, and no additional scheduled reports will be sent”.

    You can build  a report using previous 30 days data then set up columns by day. Just if your data is so large might still hit limit.

     

    Have you considered Data warehouse? Allows very large historical queries and has some better data limits.
