Can't see most of the Admin area in Adobe Analytics despite being an Admin

Hi

I'm an Admin for AAM and Analytics

In Analytics I've been granted access to all of the product profiles. Still not able to see most of the sections under Admin. I've compared with a user that can see it and we have the same profiles. What can be happening?
In AAM i'm not able to see traits or segments

On the face of it, this looks like a permission issue. If you are still facing this problem then raise a ticket with Client Care.
