Can't Save Project in Analysis Workspace

I created a project template for my team to use but when my team is trying to save the project under a new name (e.g. save as), they are running into this error issue below.

is this a bug? we've spoke to our admin and they don't believe it is a permission issue.

Hi,

You should be able to save the Project from the 'Save Project As' button on the top panel, let me know if you are still facing issues. Thanks!
