Can't load segment definition through "i" icon

I am not able to load segment/filter definition when I click on "i" icon to access segment definition. This is happening in CJA.

 

I was also getting this message during a few attempts - 

"Please submit this error id to Adobe Client Care for further diagnosis: 1e19ba5d-6a49-4f63-8d94-894b1516f8db"

@vashisth22 You might have to reach out to customer care with the Error ID to get the more details on the root cause of the error. It would be difficult to know on the root cause in this case.
