Can I restore projects/segments of deleted user in Adobe Analytics

I accidentally deleted a user which had a lot of segments and projects which were not shared.

I need to recover it. Is there any way to recover this data?

Or if I can recover the user itself.

Unfortunately the projects and the user cannot be restored.

As for the segments, only if you have the segment ID's, Customer Care can restore them.

    Experienced the same issue here.  The image below is a list of Report Builder requests with deleted segments.  Is the 544575cbe...etc number the segment ID customer care would need to restore?  Thanks!

    yes, the hexadecimal segment ID is what is needed to provide customer care.
