Calendar type and trend reports

Avatar

Level 1

A custom 4-4-5 calendar type is selected for the report suite.

When a year-over-year trend report is created with "Month" as the dimension, July, for example, is defined as 25Jun-16Jul. What if this time I want to create a year-over-year trend report, defined as day1-day30/31. How would it be possible?

I tried to use a segment to include 1-31July2016 and 1-31July2017. Yet the trend is presented in a chronological order, instead of a parallel comparison by month. Please help!

In workspace, you can create custom date ranges, and include each one as a line item in your report. Each month would have to be its own custom date range, but it would most definitely be possible there.
