How to create Calculated Metric to get Avg time spent on the page before the user clicks on chat button?
Can we create a avg time spent on page for pages as well prior to the chat action taken?
Any suggestion would be helpful.

Hi Ramesh, a sequential segment is going to be your best bet here. You'll want to create a segment that only pulls page views before the chat action event, then once that segment is applied, you can simply pull average time spent to get the data you're looking for.
