Breakdown of None Category

I was trying to use Freeform Analysis to find out which of my CampaignIds were missing the meta field for Creative.  I ran a report for my Creative dimension and then tried to breakdown the resulting None category by CampaignId.  Instead it just gives me all the CampaignIds again. This only seems to happen for the None category
