Hi, this sounds like a report built specifically for your company... without knowing how that report is built, what segments are in place and how they were build, and what data you are collecting in your implementation, we really can't help you.
The problem could be anywhere from "the tracking is broken" to "someone changed the tracking and didn't update the segments to pull in the new way the data is collected", to "Someone changed the report and it no longer pulls in the data", etc...
