Hello, I am in the Readiness All Up Gallery - Asset Galleries Reporting and the it is not showing me any accurate data for January 2024, it is just showing me 0 for "All Delocalized Page URL" for any asset I input? Can you help me fit this or identify what the problem might be?
Hi, this sounds like a report built specifically for your company... without knowing how that report is built, what segments are in place and how they were build, and what data you are collecting in your implementation, we really can't help you.
The problem could be anywhere from "the tracking is broken" to "someone changed the tracking and didn't update the segments to pull in the new way the data is collected", to "Someone changed the report and it no longer pulls in the data", etc...
