AppMeasurement 2.4.0 Release Note error?

Hi,

I have received a notification in Adobe DTM to update the AppMeasurement library to 2.4.0. However, upon checking the release notes for AppMeasurement, it seems to be incomplete due to JIRA configuration issue :

Error in text:

• Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate JIRA server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.]

Can someone from Adobe update/confirm the content for 2.4.0's release notes? I am hesitant to update to 2.4.0 without knowing what are the changes for.
