Analytics Architect - certificate not received

Hi - I have passed the ACE Analytics Architect exam on 9/29/2017 and haven't received my certificate yet. I later in December passed the business practitioner for which I did receive the certificate by email. I tried to open and incident on the ACE portal but haven't received any response. Can somebody help me with this? Thanks in advance!

I'm afraid there won't be anyone in the community that can help here. Your best bet is going to be to go to Adobe :: Pearson VUE and work with them for a resolution. Thanks!
