Why can't i see advertising analytics in my report suite settings. Is it a package based offering?

It is available only if you are on one of these licenses (SKU): Select, Prime, Ultimate.

I also hope if we have Advertising Cloud Licence (Former Media Optimizer), we wont be able to see Advertising Analytics.
