Adobe tagg event not working in prod.but other env working properly,Issue started from june 2024

would be great to provide a little more context to understand your issue better e.g.,

• is the prod launch library loaded?
• do you apply consent and is that given?
• what kind of event are you talking about and which type of tag should fire?

 yes ,prod launch library loaded.

 button event is not fired

and that is what kind of event a click rule? can you provide screenshots of the current rule setup?
