Adobe Report Builder - Unable to refresh reports

Hello everyone, recently we have been facing this issue on multiple user accounts while trying to refresh a report. This is the error we are facing, appreciate any help.

Have these users accessed Report Builder before? Or are they new?

 

Has Report Builder access been granted in the Admin Console?
