Adobe Report Builder login error

Hi!

 

Everytime I try to log in to Adobe Report Builder through Excel,

due to authentication reason it says I can not login.

(please check the image I attached right below)

 

 

I have checked my name was registered on the list

(Adobe Analytics > Admin > company settings home)

I have no clue why I cannot use Adobe builder through excel.

 

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @seonj 

Please check if you have access for Tools >> Report Builder . Also try login to experience cloud and use the same credentails to login to report builder as mentioned in the link below:

Hi @seonj, Have you updated to the latest version of Report Builder? Can you once uninstall current RB, and then reinstall the latest one?
