Adobe live stream endpoint maxConnections issue

Hi,

There is an Adobe Analytics live stream endpoint that I am trying to connect to. I am able to get the OAuth token, but when I try to call the endpoint I get a 409 Conflict saying "max connections" for this stream have been reached. However I am pretty certain that no other connection is being made to this endpoint. When I specify "?maxConnections=2" I get the error "Invalid connection count specified".

Hi,

As you rightly mentioned, the error code: 409, indicates a conflict and mostly it's because someone is already connected to that stream.

If you feel above isn't true for your scenario, this would require further debugging for this specific end-point and I'd suggest reaching out to ClientCare directly.
