Hi Team,

May I know Adobe Analytics License limitations ?

Is it possible to use more than one website on a single Adobe Analytics License ?

what will be impact of using more than 1 website in a single Adobe Analytics License product ?

As far as my experience with AA, It is possible to create separate web property for each website & it will do the work.

But in Adobe analytics Dashboard it will list all the report suite of each web property.

Please help me with above queries.

    If you are using workspace, you cannot have more than one report suite data in the same project.

    I did not understand what you meant by "But the report suite section will have list of all the report suites of all web properties ?"

    individual users can be given specific report suite access. So you can limit what the user has access to in terms of report suites, variables, tools, and actions through the admin console.

    • Yes. The pricing is based on server calls, not number of websites.

    • No negative impact. Make sure your implementation is rightly setup, and is being tracked in a single global report suite, or separate depending on the business scenario

    • Which dashboard are you referring to. The Analytics Dashboard can show data across multiple report suites. however, I would recommend using Workspace

      Thanks for help.

      I was referring to adobe analytics workspace only.

      But the report suite section will have list of all the report suites of all web properties ?

      This may lead to security issues of using different websites on a single license.

      What are your thoughts related data security ?

      Hi Hyder,

      A user with admin rights will have access to all the report suites of all web properties.

      user management as you mention above, will restrict access to non admin users access to all report suites.
