Adobe Analytics-create a calculated field that combines a measure and a date timeframe

I have this column defined in an Adobe Analytics project.

Can I create this with a calculated field? The reason is I would like to have this available for a Report Builder report. Thanks in advance for your ideas.

My best attempt to do this would be to create a segment using the custom date range and then apply that segment to your calculated metric, as custom date ranges are not available when creating a calculated metric, but they are when creating a segment.
