Adobe Analytics API 1.4 with undefined evar value

Hello everyone,

 

We have external systems send data to Adobe Analytics via Adobe Analytics API 1.4. Those calls are creating undefined value, any suggestion how to fix this? Currently we are only send evars and no events. Can it be the reason? For instance , we are facing undefined value for company evar with the follwoing set up

Any idea?

If you are using traffic metrics like Visits, you will get Undefined line item because evar value is not set on every visit. If you are using Custom events as metrics and seeing Undefined, that means, evar value was not set (or expired) when the event was fired.
