Adding Hour of Day Filters to Adobe Analytics Alerts don't work properly

Hello,

 

I have tried testing out the Adobe Analytics Alerts but I would like to limit the alerts from triggering between 12:00am to 7am. I have added an hour of day filter to the alert but it still fires on the times I've tried to exclude. Does anyone have an explanation for this? Is there something I can change on the filter to stop this from happening?

    You cannot exclude the time period like the above.
