Ad Hoc: how to include all results pages in a scheduled report (ie >50k rows)

I have many reports >50k rows.

When I schedule reports, only page 1 (1st 50k rows) is included.

How can I get all pages included in the report?

I've figured out a workaround, but it's cumbersome and I'd prefer a real solution.

Hi Nick,

I don't think it is possible in Ad Hoc. Can't you make the report in Data Warehouse or Report Builder? Report Builder has similar restrictions but it is easier to extract all the rows that you need (e.g. 1-50.000, 50.001-100.000, etc..).

Cheers,

Martijn

Hi Martijn,

Thanks for the help.  I had problems in the past with huge reports in Report Builder, but I can try again.

I've tried pulling the data via Data Warehouse but have yet to receive a report.  I suspect there's a problem somewhere, and I need to try to find our admins and get it sorted out.
