Ad Hoc Analysis Osx Mavericks problem

discover.jnpl after login is having lot of problems ("Ad Hoc Analysis quit unexpectedly." error message). Did anyone notice the same problem? is it any fix for that? 

I just upgraded my os to Mavericks, (i got Java 7 Update 45)

I was having the same exact problem - it happened with the latest Java 7 update. The only workaround I found was to uninstall Java 7 and re-install Java 6 using these guidelines:

There are new security settings that have caused problems, and I believe Client Care has a solution available for them.

If you re-download the discover.jnlp file, it should work for you. You can discard the old .jnlp file.
