Activity Map working on UAT and not for Production

Hi all! Just a question regarding Activity Map implementation.  For some reason, we can see the tracking of Activity Map in our UAT site but not in Production.  Have you experienced this? What else should we need to check on why it isn't firing in our Production site?

If you are using Launch to configure, you may have made the changes in dev, but not pushed to prod. Check if the Adobe Analytics extension has ActivityMap checked in prod

You can also open the launch production library and see if the following is set to true

That is the tricky part.  We are still using the "Let me provide custom library code" in the Adobe Analytics Extension set-up.

 

I saw the Activity Map Module in the s_code.js file

even if you are using the custom code to deploy the library, check if the activityMap module is being used in prod (and not just in dev/uat). Which seems to be the case according to what you have mentioned.
