Activity Map Troubleshooting

Hello New Adobe Community forum ,


I'ml currently working on the client behaviour and would like to use the Activity map.
Unfortunatly for us, I was'nt able to see any Graphical Overlay with the number of clicks.
I installed the plugin from Adobe Analytics (via tools-> Activity), and after I connected myself to Adobe Analytics on the Activity map pop-up, nothing showed up ( no Graphical Overlay over any link) . Furthermore, It seems that I have the good AppMeasurement Version (1.6.4) so I don't know why it's not showing any results.

Hi Mario,

Try selecting a larger date range. Also, check if the data is being shown in the details tab.

Another check to do would be the reports. Are they showing data for ActivityMap?

If this doesn't work, try contacting Customer Care and they can guide on why it may not be working.

I just did that, nothing comes up on the graphical overlay.

Sill, I have some data on those reports! I think that I will contact the customer care.
It seams to me that the data comes from some pages but not the home page.
